Admissions Process

UMA is known for its friendly and full-service admissions process.  Unlike many universities where it takes months to process application, acceptance and enrollment, our staff can walk you through the entire process, often in one meeting.  Our trained Admissions Staff will customize your application requirements based on where you are in your educational journey, and how quickly you wish to pursue your UMA education.  And because our students can't be easily categorized, you'll find our faculty and staff very accommodating and understanding as you move through the enrollment process.

Degree Programs

UMA offers degree programs at our main campus in Augusta, at UMA Bangor, and state-wide through University College Outreach Centers.  When applying for a degree program, you select a "home" campus where you intend to be taking most of your classes (if you are in an on-line program, Augusta is the home campus).
