Welcome UMA Alumni!
Mission
The University of Maine at Augusta Alumni Association will unite alumni, the University, and local regions to assist the University in meeting its mission. The Alumni Association will be a link between current and future alumni by engaging alumni in planning and participating in events, and will promote university excellence, by providing career networking opportunities, encouraging campus involvement, and supporting community outreach.

As officers of the UMA Alumni Association, we're excited to tell you we're in the process of developing a stronger Alumni Program to better connect you to UMA and your former classmates and faculty members. We have lots in store, including more alumni events and the development of a special, new Alumni Newsletter.
As an alumnus, you should already be receiving UMA's newsletter, Moose Print, and our e-newsletter, E-Moose, as well as invitations to special UMA events. If you're not, it means we probably don't have your most current contact information.

The Alumni Association will be meeting the first Tuesday of each month through the summer at 5 p.m. in the Large Conference Room, Richard Randall Student Center, Augusta Campus.

Alumni Association Newsletter
Membership Benefits & Dues
Be among the first to become a member of the UMA Alumni Association.
Your $25 annual or $250 lifetime membership dues support the development of the UMA Alumni Association and the students currently attending UMA. Not only that, there are benefits to members, too. Currently a UMA Alumni Association member qualifies for an Alumni ID card. UMAAA members receive discounts to area businesses including College Carry Out, Kennebec Ice Arena, Subway, Pat's Pizza, Applebee's, Denny's, Dunkin Donuts, just to name a few.
Fitness center memberships are also included in Augusta and Bangor. Alumni memberships range from $50 to $150. This represents $50-$75 reduction in non member costs.
UMA Alumni Association News
The Alumni Association wishes to thank all those who helped with the first ever Phone-a-Thon. Faculty, staff, students and alumni were on board to call recent graduates to talk to them about our Inaugural Annual Giving Campaign, the Alumni Association, and to update contact information.
