BIO 100 Human Biology
Introduces non-biology majors to the basic concepts and principles of biology through studies of the human organism. Laboratory dissections, correlated with lectures and the textbook, provide firsthand observations of organisms and their processes. Conducting experiments and analyzing the data collected ensures experience in the scientific process. Prerequisite: minimum grade of "C" in ENG 5, MAT 9, and REA 8 or appropriate scores on the UMA placement test, and ENG 101.
