Associate of Science in Computer Information Systems

The Associate of Science in Computer Information Systems degree (CIS) is modeled after nationally developed curriculum guidelines. The program is accessible to both full and part-time students, offering skills development for those presently employed in the field and those seeking to enter the field for the first time. The curriculum provides courses in hardware, operating systems, networking, programming applications development, web application design, and information systems.

The degree offers an optional internship experience designed to provide the student with practical, hands-on experience in the information technology area that the student has selected.
