
Assistant Professor of Dental Health Programs & Dental Assisting Program Coordinator
The University College of Bangor, a campus of the University of Maine at Augusta, invites applications for a full-time, tenure-track, Assistant Professor & Dental Assisting Coordinator. Responsibilities include: coordinating the Dental Assisting Program; didactic, clinical, and laboratory teaching in the Dental Assisting and Dental Hygiene programs; academic advising, scholarly activity, professional and institutional service. The position is a nine-month work year position beginning September 1 through May 31; however, the employee will need to work during the summer their first year of employment. The salary range is competitive, commensurate with qualifications and experience. Qualifications: Requirements: Minimum Master's degree in health, education, or a related discipline; CDA and RDH or DMD/DDS with Maine licensure or eligibility for licensure; three years of successful clinical experience, including the application of fourhanded dentistry.
