VTO is the Veterinary Technician Organization. It is a great place to meet other students in the Veterinary Technology Program. They organize monthly/bimonthly Spay/Neuter days to help Save Our Strays. They also explore other areas and aspects of veterinary technology. This last semester they visited Marine Animal Lifeline in Boothbay Harbor.
They are also a current member of Student Chapters of the National Association of Veterinary Technicians in North America. Meetings are held weekly, with time and day to be determined at the start of each semester.
