UMA Music Program presents a week of free concerts April 22nd – 27th

jazzlogoThe University of Maine at Augusta Jazz and Contemporary Music Program will present, UMA Music Concerts, a series of free music concerts April 22nd - 27th starting at 7:00pm each evening in Jewett Auditorium.

The concerts are the semester culmination of the UMA Jazz Program, which will focus on modern jazz, divers vocal stylings, creative contemporary styles, modern jazz-rock fusion, and modern Big Band jazz. The performances feature UMA music students, staff performers and special guests, Portland Jazz Orchestra and New York trombonist, Michael Dease. UMA Music Concerts is free and open to the public.

7PM - UMA Tour Band -Steve Grover, with UMA Faculty Combo and "Guest Trombonist" Michael Dease
