UMA Holds October 16th Open House for Prospective Students.
On Tuesday, October 16th from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM in the Michael Klahr Center on the UMA campus, the University of Maine at Augusta will hold an Open House for Prospective Students and their families.
During the Open House, prospective students can take a campus tour, sit in on a class, attend an Academic Program & Student Life Information Fair, hear from a panel of current UMA students, and meet with Admissions Counselors who will waive the application fee for those interested in applying. Also during the Open House, transfer students can receive tentative transfer credit evaluations.

Tentative Transfer Evaluations. Bring copies of your college transcript(s) for assessment. |

Opening Remarks/ Student Panel. A group of UMA students from various backgrounds will entertain questions about the UMA college experience. |

Tours. Tailored toward the specific interests of individual attendees, tours will be offered by our Admissions Ambassadors. |

Try a Class! Prospective students will have the choice of exploring select majors by sitting in on an actual class. Tours will also be available after this experience. |
