Membership: $25 per year - July 1st to June 30th

Tuition: Each UMA Senior College Course is $30

(Includes books and materials provided by UMASC)


Senior College participants who are also members of the Maine Association of Retirees (MAR) are eligible for membership fee reimbursement.  Go to the MAR web site for more information at



Scholarships are available for course fees and are kept confidential.  If you wish to request a scholarship, please fill out this form and mail it to the Senior College office.

University of Maine at Augusta Senior College Scholarships are available to persons fifty (50) years

of age and over.  Scholarships are available for persons who cannot afford course tuition.  These

scholarships are only applicable to courses offered by the University of Maine at Augusta Senior College.

Limited scholarship assistance is available to members.  Applicants will receive written notification

regarding eligibility and award of all scholarships.  All information contained on applications will be

kept confidential.
