3.1.3 All appropriate University programs/departments will assess their retention efforts as part of their annual report.
As of December 2006 retention efforts will be documented as part of the newly implemented annual reports required for all Student Development Departments and Academic Programs (Student Development: Annual Program Report Form IV, Program Participation and Student Retention Trends and Academic Programs: Annual Program Report Form IV-A and IV-B Program Enrollment Trends). By the end of FY '08, the Division of Enrollment Services will implement an annual report process including their retention-related activities. By the end of FY '09 the same reports and references will be in place for all appropriate UMA administrative units. Upon request, all units will provide information regarding the unit's retention activities to the Advising Steering Committee to be used in the development and monitoring of a UMA retention plan.
