Objective 4.1.2 Strategies and Benchmarks

4.1.2 Annually, the Admissions Office, supported by the Office of Public Information, will review and revise UMA's student recruitment plans and efforts.

This process has begun and needs to continue.  The Director of Admissions & Advising will:

  1. Continue to meet at least monthly with the Director of External Communications to review publications and marketing initiatives.
  2. Continue to hold the annual June retreat with the Admissions and Marketing staffs to update the Recruitment Plan
  3. Implement an automated communications flow using Peoplesoft
