5.2.3 All constituents and units of the University will exercise their responsibility to influence the long and short-term planning of UMA through the use of annual reports.
The use of year end annual reports, which started in FY ’06 with the academic programs, will be expanded to the entire academic unit (this includes all offices and operations that are represented on Provost’s Staff) in FY ’07. As suggested in the strategies and benchmarks for 2.2.1, all units of the University will be engaged in systematic assessment that will feed into the planning process via annual reports by FY '10.
