Need Help with a Paper?

E-mail the Writing Tutor at writingtutor@maine.edu

Include in your e-mail the following information:

• Student’s name and UMA ID number
• Course and Instructor
• Assignment, including Subject of paper, Intended Audience, Purpose of paper, and the Length required
• What type of help do you want from the writing tutor?

THEN

• Attach your paper saved in either Word or RTF

The Writing Tutor checks her e-mail daily when UMA is in session. She will review your paper, make suggestions to you for improvement, and e-mail your paper back for your revisions.

Caution: Please allow a turnaround time of at least 24 hours.
