| Bio | I have been in healthcare for over 30 years, starting as a CNA in high school. I earned my BSN at the University of Southern Maine, MSN at Saint Joseph’s College, and postgraduate training at Regis College. My practice focus is holistic mental health. Additionally, I have an extensive background in holistic and integrative wellness with credentials as a Licensed Massage Therapist, Reiki Master Teacher, HeartMath Practitioner, Certified Mental Health Integrative Medicine Provider (CMHIMP) , Great Plains Lab Master Practitioner, Walsh Protocol Practitioner. I am currently working on a functional medicine certification. I live in the midcoast area with two crazy & adorable rescue dogs. I love spending my time with my children, hiking, and gardening. I am also honing my skills as a gluten free baker. |
