Renee L. Heal

Renee offers support and guidance as students go through the admission and registration processes, and she helps them with all the necessary steps to ensure they are successful. She is responsible for all academic logistics to support distance classroom technology; as well as proctoring for exams. Helping to train and supervise work-study staff in good customer service skills is another one of her tasks. She enjoys taking photographs for the UMA Rockland Center, keeps the Facebook page current, helps promote and assist with Center events & activities, and creates the weekly publication of the Center’s newsletter ~ URock Talk.
