Digital Content Assistant

The Digital Content Assistant will help the Director of Design and Digital Marketing with UMA website administration tasks such as updating existing web content; creating and publishing new pages; posting news & events; and ensuring website accessibility. They will also assist with the creation, scheduling and launching of Emma email marketing (EM) campaigns.

  • Work Study / Work Merit: Work Study – Optional
  • Pay Level: $13.80
  • Time Commitment: Minimum 15 hours per week, up to 30 hours per week.
  • Minimum Shift: 3 hours
  • Shift Days/Times: Flexible, but some traditional business hours required.
  • Location: Hybrid – some in-person hours may be required.

Library Assistant

Answer phones, general office duties, help students with using the library, and cover the library circulation desk.

Location: In-Person at the UMA Bangor Nottage Library

Hallway Monitor

You will be stationed at a desk in the hallway and have a sign-in sheet for students wanting to use one of the 4 classrooms that are locked and need swipe card access.

The hours are Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday from 8:00am – 7:30pm. We have many time slots in there that need to be filled. Please include your available hours in your email to Anita.

Location: In-person at the UMA Augusta Campus
