Digital Content Assistant
The Digital Content Assistant will help the Director of Design and Digital Marketing with UMA website administration tasks such as updating existing web content; creating and publishing new pages; posting news & events; and ensuring website accessibility. They will also assist with the creation, scheduling and launching of Emma email marketing (EM) campaigns.

- Work Study / Work Merit: Work Study – Optional
- Pay Level: $13.80
- Time Commitment: Minimum 15 hours per week, up to 30 hours per week.
- Minimum Shift: 3 hours
- Shift Days/Times: Flexible, but some traditional business hours required.
- Location: Hybrid – some in-person hours may be required.

Library Assistant
Answer phones, general office duties, help students with using the library, and cover the library circulation desk.

Hallway Monitor
You will be stationed at a desk in the hallway and have a sign-in sheet for students wanting to use one of the 4 classrooms that are locked and need swipe card access.
The hours are Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday from 8:00am – 7:30pm. We have many time slots in there that need to be filled. Please include your available hours in your email to Anita.
