Professional Experience: Part-time faculty for University of Maine at Augusta since 2000. Over 20 years’ experience teaching technology and business courses. Owner of a technology consulting and web design business. Additional Information: I own two other businesses, one where I make chocolate products from organic, fair-trade ingredients and a business designing and creating a variety of products for people and their homes. Will, my husband, and I live with our greyhound, Skylark. We have three adult children, all educators in New Hampshire. My current volunteer service includes serving on the Grindle Point Lighthouse Committee, the Islesboro Arts Collective, and the Islesboro Community Center’s Art of the Isle Gift Shop Management Team. Previously I have served as a trustee on the Alice L. Pendleton Library Board of Trustees and the Up-Island Church Concert Committee. In addition to my teaching, business, and volunteering my interests include sea kayaking, gardening, bicycling, and traveling. |
