Laurel L. York

Laurel began working for the UMA TRIO Scholars Program in 2011 as an Academic Tutor in Mathematics and became a College Success Counselor in 2014.

Laurel is a University of Maine at Augusta Alum, graduating Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Financial Accounting. Laurel is also a TRIO Scholars Program Alum, attributing her high academic success to the community gained through participating in the TRIO Scholars Program.

Laurel enjoys reading, crafting, and spending time with her grandchildren.
