Nicole Safford

Nicole Safford serves as the Administrative Assistant (CL2) for the Architecture and Education programs at the University of Maine at Augusta. She brings a strong background in administrative support, having previously worked as an Administrative Assistant at Maine Virtual Academy. Prior to transitioning into higher education, Nicole spent 20 years as a Certified Nursing Assistant, where she developed a strong commitment to supporting others, organization, and attention to detail.

Nicole enjoys her role at UMA and values the opportunity to work closely with her colleagues and the outstanding students on campus, while continuing to learn and develop new skills.
