AHNA Guided Meditation

The AHNA is holding a 30-minute guided meditation event designed to help you ground as we approach the first cycle of exams.
We will meet in the art exhibit room in Jewett Hall at 11:30 am. Then, together we will make our way to the pond area behind the building.
No RSVP or equipment needed!
