Workplace Communication Basics Can Help Build Positive Working Relationships

Strong communication skills are essential for success in any job. This free class provides entry-level employees with practical tools to communicate more clearly and confidently at work. Learn strategies for listening, speaking, and writing effectively, as well as how to ask questions, share feedback, and prevent misunderstandings. The training is designed for employees who may have struggled with communication or experienced workplace conflict in the past and focuses on building positive working relationships.
