Feedback Wanted: New Student Representative to the Board of Trustees

Scot Parlin

Scot Parlin has been appointed to serve as UMA’s Student Representative to the UMS Board of Trustees.

In this role, he is committed to being a strong advocate for UMA students, ensuring that your experiences, concerns, ideas and accomplishments are heard at the highest level of the University of Maine System.

He is currently looking for feedback from students on a few key areas:

  1. What improvements would you like to see at UMA or within the UMS?
  2. What do you think UMA does especially well?
  3. How has your personal experience been as a student here?
  4. What issues or ideas should be shared with the Board of Trustees?

This is an opportunity to help shape the future. Your voice matters, and your input can directly influence decisions that impact the student experience at UMA and other UMS institutions.

Please feel free to reach out and share your thoughts with Scot: michael.parlin@maine.edu
