UMA Saco students were able to learn some simple self defense techniques recently with UMA adjunct instructor Gil Doughty. Participants learned how to use the Kubaton device to use as self defense as well as other self defense exercises. Each participant was provided with a free Kubaton. The event was sponsored by the UMA Saco Student Association.
