National Financial Aid Day is celebrated every October and UMA would like to recognize its own: Jamie Santiago, Angela Gardner, Alaina Murray, Jennifer Marchese, Mary Ashbeck, and Pamela Burns bring as much as 25 years+ experience.
Our UMA Financial Aid department may be small, but it’s undeniably mighty. This dedicated team accomplishes so much with so few resources, always going above and beyond for our students. Their kindness, helpfulness, and unwavering commitment to student success are at the heart of everything they do. Whether it’s setting up a financial aid package, answering questions via email, being a listening ear on the phone, hopping onto Zoom to guide a student in using their funds strategically, or traveling to one of our many centers to provide one-on-one opportunities, Financial Aid meets students where they are at.
