Safe Zone Training Available

This training is open to all UMA community members.

Safe Zone Training at UMA is a 2-hour workshop designed to educate faculty, staff, and students about LGBTQ+ issues, identities, and allyship. The goal is to create a more inclusive, supportive, and safe environment for LGBTQ+ individuals. Participants learn about terminology, challenges faced by LGBTQ+ communities, and strategies to be effective allies.
