The UMA Dental Hygiene Program students were recently invited to attend and host a booth at the Eastern Maine Medical Center Primary Pediatric Care Center’s Annual Halloween event in Bangor on October 25th.
The students gave away over 400 toothbrushes, Crest toothpaste, and UMA Dental Hygiene Clinic brochures to the costume-wearing children in attendance. It was an excellent and well-attended event and we spread the word about remembering to brush your teeth (especially around Halloween) and also awareness regarding the services we offer at our Bangor clinic. We had a blast!
