Finance & Administration will continue hosting open office hours this fall to support UMA faculty and staff with questions about financial tools, procedures, and reports. Office hours will be held on November 26, December 3, and December 10 at 2:00–3:00 p.m., then paused for the holiday break.
Beginning in January, Finance & Administration office hours will shift to every-other-Wednesday beginning January 7th, at 2:00 p.m.
These open sessions offer a welcoming, low-pressure space to receive guidance on topics such as:
- Navigating the general ledger
- Monitoring expenses for departments, programs, and projects
- Interpreting financial data and reports
- Determining who to contact for specific financial issues
All faculty and staff are welcome, especially new employees or anyone looking to build confidence with UMA’s financial systems.
