Finance and Administration Office Open Hours for UMA Faculty & Staff

These sessions are designed to provide a welcoming space for staff and faculty to ask questions and receive informal training. All UMA staff and faculty are encouraged to attend, especially new employees or anyone looking to deepen their understanding of financial tools and procedures. Join via Zoom.  Common topics include:

• Accessing and navigating the general ledger
• Monitoring expenses for departments, programs, and projects
• Interpreting financial data and reports
• Guidance on who to contact for specific finance-related issues
