Free Zoom Yoga with Sarah Hentges

Join Certified Yoga Instructor Sarah Hentges (Professor of Transdisciplinary Studies) for yoga classes via Zoom, every Tuesday from 5:30-6:45.
Yoga is an excellent way to clear your mind, manage stress, and nurture your body. This is a beginner-level class that is suitable for everyone, and is FREE for all UMA students and employees!
Tuesdays from 5:30 pm to 6:30 pm (on Zoom, with an option to attend in person in Bangor; email sarah.hentges@maine.edu with questions or for more information about the in-person option).
