Welcome to the Bangor Campus!

Nestled on 43 acres of land tucked between Union Street and Hammond Street across from the Bangor International Airport, its facilities include state-of-the-art dental health and veterinary clinics, both of which provide services to the surrounding community. In addition, the campus offers classrooms and labs designed to meet the needs of students, a comfortable and inviting student lounge used as a collaborating and gathering space, and a full fitness center with regular group classes.

UMA Bangor offers over 40 degree programs and a full range of student services, including one-on-one tutoring, math and writing labs, and friendly advisors. UMA Bangor’s Nottage Library provides a robust amount of resources including access to shared databases all over the state, in addition to its friendly on-hand staff and quiet, comfortable study spaces.

UMA’s Bangor campus has an active Student Life office and Student Government Association that engages students and offers many opportunities for leadership both in and outside of the classroom. In addition, there are numerous student groups on campus who host a wide array of events throughout the year including student appreciation events, faculty panels, multicultural and gender equality talks, musical performances, fundraising efforts, and much more!
