Our facilities include a full-size gymnasium (with basketball and pickleball capabilities) and a fitness room. The fitness room features a Hammer Strength half rack; a Smith machine; a Life Fitness dual adjustable pulley machine; several selectorized machines, free weights; TRX; functional training equipment; Life Fitness Treadmills; ellipticals; a recumbent bike; a Concept 2 rower machine; and a step machine. Locker rooms and restroom facilities are also available on site. Fitness programs such as pick-up games and floorball are offered throughout the year. Disc Golf is available outside weather permitting.

Hours are subject to change due to rentals and during school breaks & holidays.

*Basketball Court closes most days at 6:00 p.m.

The activities below are offered free with membership or day pass.

Basketball

Pick-up games (for ages 18+) are typically played on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. You can always just stop by to shoot some hoops on your own or with some friends when the court is open.

Pickleball

Playtimes are scheduled week to week and requests are taken. You can check playtimescheduler.com to see who is planning to be there. All ability levels are welcome. Learn to play this fast-growing sport or improve your skills while having fun. All equipment is provided.

UMA Students, are you interested in a work-study job at the fitness center? We are looking for front office workers and offer a flexible schedule with time to work out and do homework while you are here. Give us a call at 262-7912.
