Facilities may be the first point of contact for building-related emergencies and urgent conditions. These may include water leaks, power failures, heating issues, or other situations that require prompt attention to prevent injury, property damage, or significant disruption to campus operations. When reporting a facilities issue, clearly state the nature and exact location of the problem.
Emergency Situations
Call 911 immediately if there is an immediate danger to life or property, including but not limited to fire, smoke, flooding, or electrical hazards.

Urgent Facilities Issues (Non-Emergency)
Urgent facilities issues include situations that do not pose an immediate threat to life but could cause damage or significant disruption if not addressed, such as water leaks, loss of heat, or power outages.
