Drop-In Hours

Call or email UMA Counseling to get on the drop-in hours for the day. Drop-in Hours are for students who need to speak to a counselor but do not have a scheduled appointment. If you already have a counselor at UMA, please continue to work with them for times and availability. The drop-in hour is confidential and operates on a first-come, first-served basis. Simply email umacounseling@maine.edu to get a same or next day drop-in appointment.

Drop-in Hours are for current UMA students who are within Maine at the time of the Zoom call.
